YuShonda was born in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1998 she received her Bachelor of Arts
degree in General Business/Pre-Law from Bowling Green State University in Bowling
Green, Ohio. After graduation, she began working at the Cleveland Bar Association
in Cleveland, Ohio in the Legal Department. While working at the Bar Association
she decided to continue her education and obtain a paralegal certificate from David
N. Myers University. She graduated with honors from David N. Myers University in
June, 2002 from the paralegal education program. After leaving the Bar Association
in 2000, she went to work as a paralegal for an attorney in the Cleveland area until
she married and relocated to Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She is currently pursuing her
master’s degree at the University of Phoenix with a specialization in human resource
management. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and
watching a good movie.
